Summary
Paragon Films (“Paragon” or “The Company”), a portfolio company of Wellspring Capital Management (“Wellspring”), recently announced its sale to investment funds affiliated with Rhône. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
