HireRight Completes $422 Million IPO
Summary
HireRight Holdings Corporation (“HireRight” or the “Company”) (NYSE: HRT), a portfolio company of General Atlantic, recently completed an initial public offering of 22,222,222 shares of common stock at $19.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $422.2 million. HireRight intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of outstanding debt. The Company has granted the underwriters the right to purchase an additional 3,333,333 shares of common stock within 30 days of the offering.
