Summary

Bettcher Industries (“Bettcher” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of MPE Partners (“MPE” or “Morgenthaler Private Equity”), recently announced that it will be acquired by KKR in a transaction that is expected to close in Q4 2021. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
