TELUS International Inc. (“TELUS International” or the “Company”) (NYSE: TIXT, TSX: TIXT), recently completed an upsized follow-on offering of 16,560,000 subordinate voting shares, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ overallotment option, at a price of $34.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $563.0 million. The selling stockholders, Baring Private Equity Asia (“BPEA”) and TELUS Communications, Inc., will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering.
