Achilles Is Acquired by BDC
Summary
Achilles Information Limited (“Achilles” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Hg, has agreed to be acquired by Bridgepoint Development Capital (“BDC”). The transaction is expected to close in October 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
