Hillman Merges With SPAC Landcadia III
Summary
Hillman Solutions Corp. (“Hillman”), a portfolio company of CCMP Capital Advisors, LP ("CCMP"), announced that it has closed its previously announced business combination with special purpose acquisition company Landcadia Holdings III, Inc. (“Landcadia III”). Hillman’s common stock and warrants began trading on the Nasdaq on July 15, 2021 under the symbols “HLMN” and “HLMNW”.

Tilman Fertitta, Co-Chairman and CEO, also serves as the CEO for Landry’s. Richard Handler, Co-Chairman and President, also serves as the CEO for Jefferies.
