Summary

U-POL Holdings Limited (“U-POL” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Graphite Capital (“Graphite”), has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Axalta Coatings Systems (“Axalta”) for a consideration of £428 million. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021, subject to clearance under applicable antitrust law and other customary closing requirements.
