Abriso-Jiffy Sold to Quva
Summary
Abriso-Jiffy NV (“Abriso-Jiffy” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Bencis Capital Partners BV (“Bencis Capital Partners”), was recently acquired by Quva NV (“Quva”) along with the existing co-shareholder Jan Dejonghe, CEO of Abriso-Jiffy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as a financial advisor to Bencis Capital Partners BV on this transaction.
