Summary
Parsons Corporation (“Parsons”) (NYSE: PSN) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire BlackHorse Solutions, Inc. (“BlackHorse” or the "Company") for $203 million. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
