Summary

Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”) has entered into a definitive agreement to make a significant strategic investment in ESO Solutions, Inc. (“ESO” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Accel-KKR. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Vista Equity Partners on this transaction.
