InnovAge Completes $399 Million IPO
Summary
InnovAge Holding Corp. (“InnovAge” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: INNV), a portfolio company of Apax Partners LLP (“Apax Partners”) and Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe LP (“WCAS”) recently completed an initial public offering of 18,995,901 shares of its common stock at $21.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $399 million, which includes a partial exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 2,500,000 additional shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions.
