CareMetx, LLC (“CareMetx” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of The Vistria Group (“Vistria”), received a majority investment from General Atlantic. General Atlantic will become the majority owner of CareMetx, and Vistria will maintain a significant position in the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
