Summary
ECCO Safety Group (the “Company”), a portfolio company of an affiliate of Berwind Corporation (“Berwind”), was recently acquired by Clarience Technologies, Inc. (“Clarience”), a portfolio company of Genstar Capital Partners, LLC (“Genstar”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to ECCO Safety Group on this transaction.
