BlueHalo’s acquisition of Fortego illustrates the following buyer priorities in Government and Defense M&A: mission-critical cyber capabilities, strong cultural alignment, private equity-backed companies executing an inorganic growth strategy. The acquisition will help enable BlueHalo to address the most complex cyber programs in the national security community.
