Summary

Ridgemont Equity Partners (“Ridgemont”) has acquired Anne Arundel Dermatology ("AAD” or the “Company”), which was majority owned by New MainStream Capital (“NMS”). The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Ridgemont Equity Partners on this transaction.

NMS focuses on healthcare and business services companies and its heritage dates back to the spin-out of a group of portfolio companies from the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division in 2010. NMS is headquartered in New York, New York.
