Clinical Ink Is Acquired by GI Partners
Summary
Clinical Ink, Inc. (“Clinical Ink” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by GI Partners. Existing investor NovaQuest Capital Management, L.L.C. (“NovaQuest”) will continue as a minority investor in the Company and the senior management team also invested significantly in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Clinical Ink, Inc. on this transaction.
