Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (“Arcturus”) (NASDAQ-GM:ARCT) recently completed an underwritten public offering of 3,753,773 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $53.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 489,622 shares of common stock. The gross proceeds to Arcturus from the offering are expected to be approximately $200 million.
