Summary

HealthPlanOne, Inc. (“HPOne” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Peloton Equity, LLC (“Peloton”), has agreed to terms with Lightyear Capital LLC (“Lightyear”) for a recapitalization of the Company. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of closing conditions.
