Allied Glass Containers Ltd (“Allied” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of CBPE Capital LLP (“CBPE”), was recently acquired by an affiliate of Sun European Partners, LLP (“Sun European”) and Allied management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Allied Glass Containers Ltd on this transaction.
