Orbus and Nimlok Are Acquired by Tenex
Summary
Orbus, LLC (“Orbus”) and Nimlok Canada Ltd. (“Nimlok Canada”), the North American business segments of P Three Group Inc. (“P3”), were recently acquired by entities controlled by Tenex Capital Management (“Tenex”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Orbus, LLC, Nimlok Canada, Ltd. and P Three Group, Inc. on this transaction.
