Summary

Sunnova Energy International Inc. ("Sunnova” or the "Company”) (NYSE: NOVA) recently completed an initial public offering of 14,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $12.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $168 million. In addition, Sunnova has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for redemption of senior convertible notes and general corporate purposes.

Baird served as a co-manager on this offering.
