Colibri Group (“Colibri” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Quad-C Management, Inc. (“Quad-C”), was recently acquired by Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Colibri Group on this transaction.
