Summary
Lexmark Carpet Mills (“Lexmark” or “the Company”), a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”), was recently acquired by Tarkett (ENXTPA: TKTT). Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Lexmark Carpet Mills on this transaction.
