Acuant Inc. (“Acuant” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners (“Insight”), Lightview Capital (“Lightview”) and Egis Capital Partners (“Egis”), was recently acquired by Audax Private Equity (“Audax”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
