United Distribution Group, Inc. (“UDG” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Bain Capital Credit, LP (“Bain Capital Credit”), was recently acquired by SunSource Holdings, Inc. (“SunSource”), a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC (“CD&R”).

UDG is a leading distributor of fluid conveyance and related products and services primarily serving maintenance, repair and operations (“MRO”) needs across energy, mining and other industrial end markets.
