Summary
Husky IMS International Ltd. (“Husky”), a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners LLC (“Berkshire”) and OMERS Private Equity Inc. (“OMERS Private Equity”), recently announced its sale to Platinum Equity (“Platinum”) for $3.85 billion.
