OptConnect, LLC (“OptConnect” or the “Company”), a subsidiary of Grant Victor, LLC (“Grant Victor”), a portfolio company of Endeavour Capital, recently completed its sale to private equity firm Graham Partners.

Founded in 2009, OptConnect provides managed wireless IoT solutions for unattended revenue generating equipment. The company has expanded its long-standing leading position in the ATM industry by entering new high-growth markets such as digital signage, smart vending, transactional kiosks and industrial and energy management, among others. OptConnect facilitates more than 151 million transactions annually on more than 80,000 devices transmitting over 10TB of data per month. OptConnect is based in Kaysville, Utah.

Grant Victor, through its subsidiaries, is the foremost retail-style ATM service and solutions provider in North America. The Grant Victor family of companies facilitates access and convenience to cash in the consumer marketplace. Grant Victor is based in Kaysville, Utah.
