W.W. Grainger, Inc. (“Grainger”) (NYSE: GWW) recently completed the sale of Techni-Tool, Inc. (“Techni-Tool”) to TestEquity, LLC (“TestEquity”), a portfolio company of LKCM Headwater Investments. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
