American Auto Auction Group (“AAAG”), a portfolio company of Baird Capital Partners (“Baird Capital”), was recently acquired by Huron Capital Partners, LLC (“Huron”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AAAG is a national full-service, dealer-centric re-marketing platform composed of independent auctions. Established by Baird Capital in 2010, AAAG has acquired six auction businesses across the United States and increased its services offering. Over the same period, the number of cars auctioned annually grew from approximately 55,000 to more than 215,000. American Auto Auction Group is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
