Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (“MCS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners, L.P. (“Concentric”), recently completed its merger with Asset Management Specialists, Inc. (“AMS”) and Vacant Property Specialists, LLC (“VPS”), portfolio companies of TDR Capital LLP (“TDR”). The combined company will be owned by Concentric, TDR and management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MCS is a leading national provider of outsourced field services to large and middle-market residential mortgage servicers in the U.S. The Company offers inspection, property preservation and REO property maintenance services to banks and non-bank mortgage servicers in all 50 states and territories. The Company was founded in 1986 and is based in Plano, Texas.

AMS provides a full range of field services, rental management, general contracting, marketing, software solutions and mobile applications to the financial services industry. AMS customers include government and government-sponsored entities, individual consumers, brokers and small businesses throughout the U.S. AMS is headquartered in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

VPS secures, maintains and manages vacant properties for residential and commercial clients. VPS provides services to customers in the UK, U.S., France, Germany and Italy. VPS was founded in 2003 and was acquired by TDR in 2010. VPS is headquartered in the United Kingdom.

Concentric is the direct investing arm of Financial Investments Corporation ("FIC"), a private asset management firm with over $650 million in investment commitments under management. Concentric is a private investment firm based in Chicago, Illinois that is focused on middle market, North American companies in the services sector.

TDR, a private equity firm with approximately €2.6 billion of committed capital, specializes in middle market buyouts and growth capital investments. TDR is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
