D+S europe GmbH (“D+S europe”) recently entered into a definitive agreement with CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH (“CMP”) to sell its customer care activities (“D+Scc” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.With approximately 3,000 employees, D+Scc is one of the five largest providers of multi-channel customer care services in Germany. Headquartered in Hamburg, the Company operates nine state-of-the-art communication centre facilities throughout Germany. The Company’s comprehensive service offering ranges from inbound services for retention campaigns, cross-and up-selling to complex IT user helpdesk and technical support services. D+Scc serves a blue-chip client base comprised of market leading companies in each of its target verticals telecom/internet, utilities and financial services.
D+S europe is one of Europe’s largest full-service providers of fashion e-commerce and one of Germany’s leading providers for customer contact management.
CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH is an opportunity fund specialised in investments in medium sized companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
