Wesco Aircraft Holdings (“Wesco Aircraft” or the “Company”) (NYSE: WAIR) recently completed an initial public offering of 21,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $15.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $315.0 million. All of the shares in the offering were sold by selling shareholders. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering. Wesco Aircraft is one of the world’s largest distributors and providers of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry. The Company supplies approximately 450,000 different stock keeping units, including hardware, bearings, tools, electronic components and machined parts. The Company’s services range from traditional distribution to the management of supplier relationships, quality assurance, kitting, just-in-time delivery and point-of-use inventory management. Wesco Aircraft has more than 1,000 employees across 28 locations in 10 countries.
