Tag Equity Co Limited and its subsidiaries (“Tag” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Williams Lea Limited (“Williams Lea”). Tag was majority-owned by Management, with the minority owned by Magenta Partners LLP (“Magenta Partners”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.Tag is the largest, independent media design and production agency in the world. Founded in 1972 and headquartered in London, UK, the Company helps clients create, manage and deliver their brand messages across the world by implementing and executing their marketing campaigns across multiple delivery channels and in multiple languages.
