Ryan Herco Flow Solutions (“RHFS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Morgenthaler Private Equity (“Morgenthaler”), recently completed its merger with an affiliate of Greenbriar Equity Group LLC (“Greenbriar”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Burbank, California, RHFS is a leading technical distributor of high value filtration, fluid handling and flow control products to the clean manufacturing and process industries. Through a nationwide platform and an emerging Asian presence, the Company serves over 15,000 customers in diverse, high growth end-markets, including industrial, semiconductor, water and wastewater, life science, power generation and other targeted industries.

Morgenthaler has been partnering with the managers of lower middle market manufacturing and business service companies for over twenty years.
