Tabs3 Software (“Tabs3” or “The Company”), a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (“TSCP”), was recently acquired by a new capital partner. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Tabs3 Software on this transaction.
