Transport Equipment, Inc. (“TEI” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment, a national heavy duty truck dealership with 40+ locations across the Southwest and Pacific Northwest. Baird Business Owner Solutions served as exclusive financial advisor to Transport Equipment on this transaction.
Based in Missoula, MT, Transport Equipment operates as a Volvo and Mack truck dealership providing new and used trucks, trailers, parts, and service across three locations in Montana, Idaho, and Washington. Under Bruckner’s ownership, TEI customers will benefit from increased access to trucks and trailers, larger parts inventory, and enhanced service offerings. For Bruckner, this acquisition marks entry into the Montana and Idaho markets while strengthening their current presence in Washington.
