Control Specialists, Inc. (“CSI” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Relevant Industrial, LLC (“Relevant” or “Relevant Solutions”), a portfolio company of LKCM Headwater Investments. Baird Business Owner Solutions served as exclusive financial advisor to Control Specialists, Inc. on this transaction.
Based in Evansville, Indiana, CSI is a trusted provider of process instrumentation, control systems, and specialized industrial services. CSI operates a second location in Calvert City, KY which bolsters service capabilities throughout the Midwest. CSI's capabilities include a UL 508A-approved panel shop, pressure and temperature calibration services, and full fabricating of combustion skids and systems. Additionally, CSI distributes parts from many top industrial brands and maintains a skilled team of technicians, underscoring the Company’s commitment to quality, safety, and technical excellence.
