San Antonio Masonry and Steel Acquired by Kodiak Building Partners

San Antonio Masonry and Steel (the “Company”) has been acquired by Kodiak Building Partners (“Kodiak”), a portfolio company of Court Square Capital Partners. Baird Business Owner Solutions served as exclusive financial advisor to San Antonio Masonry and Steel on this transaction.

Based in San Antonio, Texas, San Antonio Masonry and Steel is a leading regional distributor with two dedicated facilities providing masonry, foundation, stone, stucco, and steel products for residential and commercial construction contractors. Since its founding in 2000, the Company has grown significantly through product range extension, a rapidly expanding south-central Texas construction market, and a diverse and loyal customer base who value the Company’s best-in-class customer service.

Kodiak, a highly acquisitive national building and construction products platform, will look to bolster its geographic presence in the Texas market through the acquisition and will continue to rely on the hardworking and passionate management team and 150+ employees of San Antonio Masonry.
