Moog Louisville Acquired by Auto-Wares

Moog Louisville Warehouse (“Moog” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Auto-Wares, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries. Baird Business Owner Solutions served as exclusive financial advisor to Moog on this transaction. Dan Walter with Vice Cox & Townsend served as legal counsel for Moog.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Moog operates as a leading warehouse distributor of automotive aftermarket parts in the Kentucky and Indiana region. Moog offers a full line of automotive and truck parts, tools, paint, and body shop supplies for installers, dealerships, parts stores, and consumers through 17 company-owned stores operating under the Bumper to Bumper brand. The partnership with Auto-Wares combines two complimentary go-to-market strategies and strengthens Moog’s deep ties in the industry, retaining its membership in the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance.
