Killer Brownie Partners with Irresistible Foods Group

Baird Business Owner Solutions (“BOS”) group advised Miamisburg, Ohio-based Killer Brownie LTD (“KB” or the “Company”) on its partnership with Irresistible Foods Group (“IFG”) – California-based house of brands including King’s Hawaiian, Grillo’s Pickles, Shaka Tea, Innovation Bakers, and the IFG Restaurant Group.

Killer Brownie LTD is family-owned and manufactures and distributes gourmet brownies to grocers and foodservice providers across North America. Founded in 1988 by Norman Mayne, KB was a legacy brand for the OH-based retailer Dorothy Lane Market and was served exclusively in their grocery locations in the Company’s formative years. In just over a decade, the operation has significantly expanded their manufacturing facilities, customer base, and capacity. The brand has experienced triple-digit growth since 2019, now distributing to grocers across the US and Canada. IFG proved to be the best partner for the business, offering strong cultural alignment and significant opportunity for growth.
