Baird Global Investment Banking Continues to Grow Consumer Practice, Adds Jon Tenan as Managing Director to Beauty & Wellness Team
Baird, an employee-owned, international financial services firm, announced today that Jon Tenan has joined the firm’s Global Consumer Investment Banking Group as a Managing Director in their New York office. Tenan will primarily focus on Beauty & Wellness in partnership with Wendy Nicholson and Lauren Leibrandt to capitalize on momentum in the space.
Bringing over 15 years of investment banking experience, Tenan joins Baird from Raymond James where he was a major contributor to their Beauty & Wellness team. Previously he was with Lazard in their Consumer and Retail Investment Banking division. Tenan is a seasoned Beauty & Wellness banker who has worked with top brands such as Hero Cosmetics, Tula, Vegamour, Manscaped and Milk Makeup, focusing on M&A and equity transactions.
Tenan received a bachelor's degree from Yale University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
