NEW YORK, June 20, 2024Baird announced today that Andrew Peisch has joined the firm’s Fixed Income Capital Markets group as Managing Director, Fixed Income Capital Solutions. In this role, Peisch will focus on new issue origination and business development for the Securitized Products division, working closely with the team to identify Asset Backed Securities (ABS), Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) opportunities to complement the firm’s sales and trading platform. He will serve in a banking and origination role, actively working with clients to structure securitized funding, asset disposition, and synthetic risk transfer alternatives.

Peisch, a seasoned veteran with decades of experience in the financial services industry, has deep experience in securitized products. As Co-Head of Structured Finance Banking at Jefferies & Co. he secured mandates to execute mortgage, consumer finance, film library, renewable energy and insurance-related securitization transactions. Prior to that, he served as Head of Structured Credit Products – Banking and Origination, Americas at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he was responsible for industry leading banking coverage of finance and bank issuers of securitized products ranging from credit cards, autos loans, mortgage products, and student loans in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He also previously held roles leading securitized products groups at Prudential Securities and Merrill Lynch.
