Alex Boutyrski Joins Baird’s California Public Finance Group

Baird is proud to announce that Alex Boutyrski has joined the firm’s California Public Finance Group as a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office. Alex brings over 10 years of public finance experience and will work alongside John Baracy, Manager of Baird’s California Public Finance Group.

Prior to joining Baird, Alex held positions at Jefferies and Raymond James where he worked with a wide variety of issuers across California, as senior manager, on financings totaling over $7.5 billion in par amount.

When you look at the prominent underwriting firms nationally, Baird is consistently at the top, ranking as the No. 1 underwriter for number of issues collectively since 2009, according to Ipreo MuniAnalytics. The leading underwriter should have a public finance presence in California, and that is what we are going to build here.
