We recently attended the Glossy Beauty x Wellness Summit in Los Angeles where we heard from founders and leaders across a wide range of Beauty & Wellness brands. Our takeaways from the event include:
- Beauty & wellness are increasingly one and the same
- Omni-channel is the end-goal for most, but DTC is still where many brands are born
- Once a product is available in a retail store, the brand experience starts long before the cash register
