Baird Hosts Undergraduate Students for Annual Women's Development Program

Baird Global Investment Banking recently held our annual women’s leadership development program, Thrive with Baird. Hosted at Baird’s Chicago office, nearly 70 undergraduates, from over 25 different universities, joined Baird in this one-day event.
The day consisted of a series of discussions including an overview of Baird’s Global Investment Banking platform and our summer analyst internship opportunities. Attendees also participated in a professional development session on fostering success and confidence and had the opportunity to network with Baird associates.
At Baird, we believe our strongest asset is our people. Through events like ‘Thrive with Baird,’ we hope to showcase Baird’s commitment to fostering an environment where associates contribute their personal best and thrive in their careers.
