Baird’s Global Filtration Franchise’s Recent Momentum in IAQ

We have completed M&A and financing transactions in a wide range of filtration technologies designed to protect people, processes, equipment and/or the environment. Over the past two years, the COVID-19 pandemic has increased awareness of indoor air quality (“IAQ”) where operators are becoming much more thoughtful about delivering air quality in indoor environments. The space is attracting both strategic and financial parties interested in making investments with strong long-term tailwinds. 

Additionally, within our broader climate technologies franchise, we are seeing accelerated investment in manufacturers, distributors and service providers of HVAC systems designed to enhance energy efficiency and air quality.
