2021 is proving to be a very successful year for Baird's European Technology & Services team. Across a broad range of sectors, the team has signed 13 deals, generating ~$4bn in transaction value. Collectively, these deals yielded multiples in the range of ~7x Revenue and ~20x EBITDA, on average.
