Baird Adds Nick Bell to Healthcare Team, Extending Pharma Services Coverage

Baird is pleased to announce that Nick Bell has joined its Global Investment Banking business as a Director on the Healthcare team, covering pharma services.

Bell comes to Baird from BlackArch Partners where he was a Director focused on middle market M&A for financial sponsors and independently-owned, founder-backed businesses. Prior to BlackArch, Bell was a Vice President in Wells Fargo Securities’ Global Mergers & Acquisitions Department, working on public, private and cross-border assignments across a variety of sectors. He spent the first several years of his career in strategy and operations at Day & Zimmermann, one of the largest family-owned corporations in the United States, and Avascent, a leading management consultancy.

Bell graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with an MBA and from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in Foreign Service. He has also studied in Austria, Germany and Belgium.
