Video: Baird Journeys – Bringing Grace Landing to Life

A long-time dream became reality at the grand opening of Grace Landing, a community-based residential facility for adults with intellectual disabilities. The project was the idea of Duane McAllister, Senior Portfolio Manager with Baird Advisors, and his wife, Connie.

In partnership with St. Coletta of Wisconsin, Duane, Connie and many families in search of care options for adult relatives with disabilities planned and raised money for the project. Baird Foundation and Duane’s colleagues in Baird Advisors also provided generous support for the project. After breaking ground in summer 2020, the facility celebrated its grand opening in June 2021.
