Baird’s 2021 International Women’s Day Celebration

In honor of International Women’s Day, Baird’s Ascend Associate Resource Group held a virtual event for associates, moderated by Principal Investments Finance Director Erin Jelenchick, Director of IT Client Services Shelley Seewald and Associate General Counsel Isioma Nwabuzor.

The celebration featured a discussion between Baird's Jacci McCoy and trailblazer Katie Sowers, who shared reflections on her experience as one of the first female coaches in the NFL and talked about sources of strength and inspiration that have helped fuel her professional and personal journey.

Attendees also had the opportunity to ask questions of a Baird executive panel including President & CEO Steve Booth, Chief Human Resources Officer Leslie Dixon and Mary Ellen Stanek, Director of Baird Advisors and President of Baird Funds.
